Too often, many of us find ourselves in very busy personal and professional lives with the belief that one day it will change for the better when we achieve certain things in a certain way. Then something else pops up in our lives and we remain firmly planted on our busy treadmill.
When we choose to stay on this path, we put our success and happiness out into the future. This can lead to long-term frustration, high stress, a sub-standard life, and ultimately poor health. Of course, there are times when it’s difficult to feel cheery or positive – life can be difficult, especially when we are thrown out of our comfort zone.
